My medical practice has been using MedSafe for several years. I appreciate that they are very professional and knowledgeable about OSHA and HIPAA regulations. On a local level, I work directly with Mandy Martin. Mandy is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She always makes sure the practice is up to date on OSHA and HIPAA training as well as making sure our office is compliant. Mandy Martin from MedSafe is the only choice in my opinion. MedSafe has been our OSHA / HIPAA resource for many years and we have never once had an issue. They make sure we have everything we need to be prepared if ever we should have an issue. I never feel as though I am unprepared. I know that any inspection that comes up , I am more than ready. If I have any issues or concerns, I reach out and get an immediate response.I would never trust any other company for our needs and if you can get Mandy in your area, you will have the best of the best
