The MedSafe Compliance Platform Application Programming Interface (“API”) is provided solely to facilitate authorized access to compliance-related data, workflows, and services. The API is intended for informational and administrative purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, clinical decision-making support, legal advice, regulatory certification, or professional healthcare services.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the accuracy, availability, and security of the API and its data, no representation or warranty is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided through the API. Users are responsible for independently validating information before relying on it for compliance, operational, legal, clinical, or business purposes.

The API may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform provider disclaims liability for any losses, damages, penalties, compliance failures, service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or other consequences arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the API or any data obtained through it.

By accessing or using the API, users acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree to use the API in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and platform documentation.
